After officially dumping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the All Progressives Congress (APC), Ken Nnamani, a former x-Senate president, has dumped the Peoples Democratic Party, which provided him the platform under which headed the Nigerian Senate.
He joined the ruling All Progressives Congress.
For him, the PDP is dead.
Nnamani switched party on Sunday, January 22, at his Amaechi ward, Enugu state after joining the APC.
He declared that his former party which he denounced about one year ago, is now dead, unproductive and unprofitable.
It is left to be seen if the defection of the former senator would effect the political configurations of Enugu State which is firmly under the control of PDP.
A former governor of old Anambra state, Chief Jim Nwobodo, former Speaker, Enugu state House of Assemby, Hon. Eugene Odo, and a host of others, were part of the top members of the PDP that moved grounds.
