Enugu PDP Primaries: Court Restrains Rep, 4 Others as Candidates
The Chairman, House of Representatives Committee on Works, Chief Ogbuefi Ozomgbachi and four others have been restrained by an Enugu High court from parading themselves as Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidates for Udi/Ezeagu federal constituency in Enugu state for the 2015 general election.
The three other aspirants of the party who also participated and failed in the party primary election for the constituency conducted on December 6, 2014 at Udi local government headquarters, namely: Ejike Eric Njeze, Obianuju Ochinawata and Calistus Ugwu were also restrained from parading themselves as the candidates of the party.
