The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has rescheduled its 2014 Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting.
“We wish to inform all our stakeholders that the 240th Meeting of the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) earlier scheduled to hold on September 22 and 23, 2014, is now to hold on Thursday, September 18 and Friday, September 19, 2014,” the bank’s corporate communications, Ibrahim Mu’azu, said in a statement on Thursday.
The bank enjoined all critical stakeholders are to take note of the change in dates and adjust their calendar, he said.
The CBN apologized “for the inconveniences that may be caused by the change of date.”
