Centenarian Madala Lumnkile Heleni says his manhood is still “very strong”, keeping his 95-year-old wife Bekiwe happy
An evergreen 101-year-old described by his wife as “a tiger” in bed has revealed his secret to a long and healthy sex life.
But for Madala Lumnkile Heleni, the key to staying active between the sheets has nothing to do with a little blue pill.
He says the way to remain “strong” down below is lots of COLD BATHS.
Madala and his wife, Bekiwe, 95, who live in Motherwell, Port Elizabeth, South Africa, were honoured by Mayor Danny Jordaan last Thursday, the Day of the Elderly.
Speaking to the Daily Sun, he said that when he graduated from initiation school at the age of 32, elders told him to always bathe in the icy cold river.
He took heed of their advice, taking a chilly dip just about every day.
And he credited his cold baths, and a healthy diet, with helping him live so long.
Remarking that he’d never even heard of diabetes or high blood pressure, he said he had only ever visited a doctor twice in his entire life – for back pain.
Madala, who grew up and worked on a farm, added: “I still have my own garden and eat traditional food and vegetables.”
“I only get sick if I wash with warm water, which makes me feel weak and tired.”
On the his icy baths’ rejuvenating qualities, he said: “The cold water makes my 4-5 (penis) very strong. It never fails and in my house there is always peace.”
Madala’s wife of 66 years Gogo Bekiwe said they only ate samp, umphokoqo and a small amount of meat, with a bit of salt and not much oil or sugar.
According to the Daily Sun, she said her elderly husband – a dad-of-six, grandfather-of-15, and great-grandfather-of-16 – was still a ‘tiger’ in bed.
