President Goodluck Jonathan and the the President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari met in Abuja Wednesday night.
The meeting was held inside the President’s office at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Neither parties disclosed what was the subject od their discussion.
That , which described private, was the third time the two leaders would be meeting after the Independent National Electoral Commission declared Buhari winner of the March 28 presidential election. Buhari was said to have arrived for the meeting in a convoy of about four cars at about 9pm.
According to reports,the meeting lasted less than 30 minutes.
Thought the agenda of the meeting was not dislosed it is believed to be connected with the ongoing trnsition to a new administration that will be headed by Buhari.
