The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adeboye, has said he does not know who will be president Nigeria come 2023.
The revered cleric who was speaking the New Year crossover service at the Redemption Camp, Kilometer 46, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, said that God had not revealed to him the one that would emerge as the president.
He said that people have been asking him about the one would be president, “but” I don’t know; He has not revealed it to me. “
According him, many of the prophecies that populate the media space about Nigeria are not from God.
He said that when He wants to speak, he is specific and does not make guesses as seen in some of the “prophetic messages.”
Adeboye said you would not hear God use words like ‘likely’, ‘may be, ” et al, while giving a revelation.
On the world scene, he said the scourge of COVID-19 would continue until the world acknowledge the supremacy of God.
He said that the virus would continue to mutate until the vaccines would no longer be effective in checking it.
The man popularly known as ‘Daddy G. O.’ by millions of his admirers, said that what is happening now as per the virus was clearly captured in the prophesy he released for the outgone year 2021.
He however said that he was going to lead 1000 members of the church to intercede and plead for mercy for the world on the the COVID-19 scourge, and the challenges facing Nigeria such as insecurity.
On his prophecy for Nigeria, the General Overseer said that he would withhold from giving for now.
The only word he gave conceding Nigeria is that “you cannot make and omelette without breaking an egg.”
