THE first female permanent secretary in the defunct Bendel state, Dr Esther Uduehi, has declared her ambition for Delta State governorship seat in the 2015 general election.
The political scientist and first female adviser to the president on legislative matters told her supporters at the venue of her declaration in Asaba to have hope as the oil wealth in the state would be used to wipe out poverty.
According to her, youths and women would have a say in her administration.
Dr Uduehi said if given the mandate, the state would witness improved transportation network.
