Volunteers 4 Wike has received the green light to go ahead with its grass root mobilization programme, MARC. This was made known by leader of the group Mr Daniel Ogolo, today when he spoke to news men after they a meeting they held with Barr Nyesom Ezenwo.
The PDP candidate for the forth coming 2015 General elections held a closed door meeting in his New Rivers Vision 2015 campaign office in GRA, Port Harcourt with members of Volunteers 4 Wike, along with their National Adviser Mr Kie Obomanu.
According to Mr Ogolo, the group amongst other things discussed, got the green light to drive its intuitive Massive Awareness Reaching-out Campaign (MARC) programme to the grass root. He said they presented the programme details to Barr Wike, who gave his blessings to it and offered some meaningful advice. Barr Wike also promised a cordial working relationship with the group.
Mr Ogolo used the opportunity to call on all Rivers State indigenes and residents to key into the programme and support President Goodluck Jonathan, Barr Nyesom Wike and all other PDP candidates in the February 2015 elections.
Volunteer 4 Wike is the umbrella group for all voluntary supporters for Barr Nyesom Ezenwo Wike.
The MARC programme was designed by the Volunteers 4 Wike group to drive massive grass root mobilization and support and mop up undecided voters for the PDP. It is expected they will take the programme round the various LGAs of the state in the weeks ahead
