Nine years old Boko Haram recruit says he was paid 5,000 naira to burn schools

A nine year old Boko Haram suspect had in 2014 told the Borno State government that he was being paid 5,000 to spy soldiers. Another suspect also confessed that he was also paid 5,000 Naira to burn schools in the north-east.

A Special Assistant to the Borno State Government on Communication, Mr Isa Gusau, gave Channels Television details of the young recruit’s confession on Saturday.
