Lagos Assembly decribes firm’s working environment as ‘hell’

LAGOS—Lagos State House of Assembly has described the working environment in Linda Manufacturing Company, makers of hair weave-on situated at Iju road as “hell on earth.”
Speaking through its chairman, House Committee on Transportation, Commerce and Industry, Bisi Yusuf, who led members of the Committee to the premises of the company where one of the workers, Atukpor Wisdom, died during the working hours on Wednesday, September 24, 2014.
According to him, the working environment was not conducive for any reasonable person, adding that the management of the company should improve on the working condition.
