The Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria (JUSUN) has concluded plans to resume its suspended strike over what it described as the unwillingness of governments to obey the January 13, 2014 Federal High Court judgment on financial autonomy of the judiciary.
The workers at the end of an emergency meeting of the National Executive Council (NEC) at the weekend also frowned at the continuous delay in the release of the federal judiciary allocations, a situation which they said had brought untold hardship on their members.
