Tonto Dike and Halima Abubakar
Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar, has said that it was fear of heading to hell that restrained her from committing suicide in 2013.
She admitted to attempting suicide over extreme pangs of depression.
According to the star actress’ posting in Instragram page, where she said:
“I remember this time last year; I wanted to kill my self. I’m glad I didn’t because I know it’s hell straight. But I was suicidal. I’m happy to be in a better place…God hhhmm, I adore you…” she wrote on her Instagram page.
Nigerian bulletin, which cited the posting, named two other female celebrities who have recently opened up on their battle with suicidal tendencies as Nollywood actress and singer, Tonto Dikeh and American rapper, Nicki Minaj
