A cross-section of traditional rulers of Anioma people have declared their endorsement of an illustrious son of the area and Delta North Senatorial hopeful in 2015, Pascal Adigwe.
Speaking at his palace, the Asagba of Asaba, Prof. Chike Edozien, and the traditional ruler of Abavo, Obi Erienuma, described Adigwe as a grassroots politician and respectful person that has the interest of all at heart.
The traditional rulers in their separate remarks noted that the senatorial aspirant, whose tenure as representative for Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency made a remarkable representation worthy of emulation.
They stated that they were supporting him not just because it was the turn of Aniocha rather, because of his past track record of service to the people, as there is no doubt that as a Senator, he would carry everyone along and bring more dividends of democracy to the area as well as take the senatorial district to the next level.
Adigwe, who was at the palace of the Asagba to seek his blessings, stated that his senatorial aspiration was borne out of the fact that he wants to serve his people again as well as use the opportunity to create youth empowerment and attract other basic infrastructural development to the senatorial district.
