On Buhari’s certificates scandal Achilleus Uchegbu wrote;

Buhari says “my certificates are with the Military” Lai Mohammed says “No, his certificates were stolen during IBB’s coup”. So Lai Mohammed has inventory of what was “stolen” from Buhari’s Dodan Barrack residence in the 1985 coup? Pray, what was Lai to Buhari then as to know all that were “stolen”? Secondly, if it takes Lai to remind Buhari what happened to his certificates, does it confirm that the general has become senile? Knowing also that he desposed the fact of the status of his certificate in an affidavit, under oath, could Lai Mohammed’s position therefore mean that Buhari lied on oath in which case he is liable to the crime of perjury? Who between Buhari and Lai Mohammed lied on this issue?
