The All Progressive Congress Presidential Candidate, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari, will address the nation on his electoral victory Tuesday night (tonight).
The APC is already making arrangement for his address at its National Headquarter in Abuja.
Jonathan has already call Buhari and APC National Leader, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to congratulate them.
Buhari’s address, it was learnt, will come shortly after the final declaration of the presidential poll by the Chairman of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Attahiru Jega, in Abuja tonight.
