Arsenal fans wait outside train to boo Arsene Wenger
There’s been a bit of a ‘Wenger out’ brigade at Arsenal for a while, but it’s grown and grown and grown and now a very large percentage of Gooners think it’s time for their greatest ever manager to depart. For a small group of traveling away fans, Saturday’s 3-2 loss to Stoke City was their breaking point.
Arsenal’s season is far from over at this point. Sixth place and a loss to Stoke isn’t encouraging, but spots 3-10 are tightly compressed at the moment. But ultimately, the problem is that third is the best that Arsenal can hope for, and that’s been the case for a decade now.
