AN aspirant for Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency, Chief Paul Adingwupu, has collected the nomination and expression of interest forms to contest the 2015 House of Representatives election.
He collected the forms amid cheers from a large crowd of PDP leaders, women pressure groups and youths drawn from the area.
Speaking after collecting the forms, Adingwupu said the crowd and leaders that followed him to the venue were a clear indication of the people’s trust.
According to him, his desire to go the National Assembly to represent the people of Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency is based on a clarion call and insistence by stakeholders and community leaders of the area because of his antecedents especially in empowerment programmes through his non-governmental organization, known as FELD, which has touched many lives over the year added that if elected, he would use his experience in economic development to ensure that the entire Aniocha/Oshimili federal constituency was taken to the next level as poverty and lack of basic infrastructure would be a thing of the past
