Reports indicate that the meeting of the All Progressives Congress governors scheduled for Thursday 8 pm at the Imo state governor ‘s lodge faiked to hold.
The highly anticipated meeting was fixed as part of the search for regaining peace in the party which has been embroiled in a debilitating crisis just a month after it came to power as the ruling party.
According to the reports, Imo state governor Rochas Okorocha who is the chairman of the forum was himself absent.
No no announcement has been made at the time of this report as to why the meeting was rescheduled.
Okorocha had earlier announced the that the meeting had been scheduled for the day.
Only few deputy governors were seen at the vicinity and they declined to make any comment. In fact they shunned the press men.
The meeting which didn’t hold was announced earlier in the week.It was planned to be a crucial one ahead of Friday’s APC leadership and National Working Committee meeting .
