The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has moved resident commissioners ahead of the February 2015 general elections.
The commission announced the major shake-up in which all its Resident Electoral Commissioners in the thirty six states and the Federal Capital Territory, were moved.
The Secretary to the Commission, Mrs. Augusta Ogakwu, made announcement in its bulletin.
According to Ogakwu ,all movements into and out of the new locations must be carried out latest by Wednesday, 31st December, 2014.
The bulletin announced that the commssioners have been redeployed thus: Prof. O.E. Onukaogu from to Enugu; Prof. Tukur Sa’ad Adamawa to Bauchi; Ahmed Makama, Bauchi toTaraba; Mike Igini, Delta to Edo; Selina Omagha Oko, Ebonyi to Abia; Edwin Offor Nwatarali, Enugu to Anambra; Sadiq Abubakar Musa from Kaduna to Sokoto;Jibrin Ibrahim Zarewa, Kano to Kebbi; Hussaini Ahmed Mahuta, Katsina to Kaduna; Abubakar Umar Garba Wara, Kebbi to Zamfara;
