The number of Nigerians who have collected their Permanet Voters Card (PVC) across the country has improved to by by close to 7 million since the shift in the election date over a week ago.
Figures made available to The Rainbow by The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) shows that over 52 million persons have collected their cards as against a little over 45 million previously.
However, over 16 million Nigerians are yet to collect their PVCs even as they have less than three weeks to do so. The latest figures released Tuesday by INEC are as follows:
